The evidence

Don't take our word for it.

We say most "green" power is only green on paper. That's a big claim — so here's the proof, straight from the world's largest energy buyers and the bodies setting the rules. It's real, and it's plain to see.

01

"Annual matching" lets grey power look green.

The common way to claim "green" electricity is to buy certificates once a year and match them to your annual usage. A company can buy a certificate for solar power made at noon on a Sunday and use it to "offset" fossil electricity drawn at 2am on a Tuesday. On paper: net-zero. In reality: the grid still burned gas when that power was used. The clean part happened in a spreadsheet — which is exactly why the biggest buyers have stopped trusting it.

02

The biggest buyers now demand 24/7 carbon-free power.

This isn't fringe. The largest, most sophisticated electricity buyers on earth have publicly committed to power that is carbon-free every hour of every day — "24/7 Carbon-Free Energy (CFE)" — not matched once a year.

"We are the first major company that's set out to do this, and we aim to be the first to achieve it." — Sundar Pichai, Google CEO, on Google's pledge to run on 24/7 carbon-free energy by 2030

Google, Microsoft and dozens of governments and utilities have signed the United Nations 24/7 Carbon-Free Energy Compact. Microsoft set a "100/100/0" goal — 100% of its electricity, 100% of the time, from zero-carbon sources. The demand for exactly what we build is already here, in writing.

03

The industry is racing to prove hourly what we do physically.

To fix the annual-matching problem, a whole new machinery is being built: Granular Certificates — clean-energy certificates timestamped to the exact hour of generation — with global standards from EnergyTag and pilot registries launching in the US and Europe. It's serious, credible work. But it exists to measure on paper what an off-grid solar-and-battery plant simply is: carbon-free, hour by hour, by physics. Everyone else is building better rulers. We deliver the thing being measured.

Green you can meter. Not green you buy on paper.

The bottom line

We're not ahead of a trend. We're the physical answer to it.

The world's biggest buyers want 24/7 carbon-free power. The rule-makers are building hourly certificates to track it. OmniVerde Energia delivers it directly — solar plus batteries, no grid, no fossil fuel — so it's carbon-free every second, no certificate required. Honestly green, by physical design.
