Firm, 24/7 off-grid power for data centres and utilities — real clean electrons around the clock, not offsets.
Green by physical design.
The honest bit
Most large "green" electricity is matched once a year with certificates — Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), or in Europe, Guarantees of Origin (GOs) — while the real electrons still come off a grid burning gas after dark. Add a few carbon offsets, and it's called green. The power actually feeding a data centre at 2am? Still gas. Still coal. The clean part happened in a spreadsheet.
What we build
OmniVerde Energia builds firm, 24/7 power from sunshine and batteries — solar generation plus a Tesla Megapack battery fleet, with no grid connection at all. When the sun's down, the batteries carry the load. No grid queue. No diesel. No gas. No offsets. You can meter our carbon-free power hour by hour — you don't have to take a certificate's word for it.
We skip the grid-connection queue entirely — firm capacity energised in about 18 months, not the many years a grid tie can take.
No new technology to prove. The same panels and the same Tesla batteries the majors already trust.
Securing the land, winning the planning and permissions, building the plant, and handing over firm, honestly-green power ready to run.
Who it's for
Hyperscale data centres first — plus utilities and large energy users who need power that's firm, fast to build, and genuinely green. We're developing our first site in southern Portugal, with a second already taking shape in a high-connectivity Portuguese corridor (estimated firm load ~280 megawatts (MW)). And every project leaves something behind locally — on-site training and real skills for the regional workforce.
